Privacy Policy

Effective: March 2026

Harbor Commons is an independent public resource built by Full Harbor. This policy describes what data we collect when you visit this site, how it's used, and what we don't do with it.

Plain-language definition

If you only read one box on this page, read this one: Harbor Commons does not ask you to create an account, does not sell your information, and does not try to build a profile of who you are. We use minimal site analytics to understand which pages people find useful or confusing.

What we collect

We don't ask for personal information — no accounts, no login, no email capture. We don't use analytics designed to identify individuals.

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics tool. It records aggregate page-level traffic data: page views, referrer (if any), rough geographic region, and device/browser type. It does not set cookies, build user profiles, or share data with ad networks.

Why this matters: we can learn that a page is useful or confusing without needing to know who you are as an individual.

Cookies

We do not set cookies. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are present on this site.

Third-party services

  • \u2013Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • \u2013IRS TEOS — source of all 990 filing data (public record, no personal data exchanged)

We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or any analytics platform that builds individual profiles.

Data we display (IRS public record)

IRS Form 990 data is made public by statute. We display it. Individuals listed in 990 filings — officers, directors, key employees — are named because the IRS requires it as a legal disclosure obligation of the filing organization, not a decision Harbor Commons makes. If you have questions about the underlying filing, the appropriate contact is the IRS or the organization itself.
