We make no warranties about completeness or fitness for any particular use. Don't rely on this data alone for legal, financial, or insurance decisions.
Automated use: Human-readable public pages are open to visitors and normal search indexing. Automated bulk extraction, mirroring, or use for model training or large-scale retrieval requires written permission.
In plain language: a person browsing a few pages, citing them, or linking back to them is different from a bot or script copying large parts of the site at once. This policy is about the second case.
